The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange Library is located in the office area of the Center. The library has many reference materials about Japan for Vietnamese, Japanese and all citizens living in Vietnam. The library houses a vast collection of books, magazines, and other reference materials related to Japanese culture, language, and society, available in Japanese, English, and Vietnamese. The library provides complimentary on-site access to its resources, and by registering for membership (with an annual fee), users are entitled to borrow books and magazines for home use.
