Your bid must be submitted in a sealed envelope/package clearly marked “Ref. No.: JPF.177/2025.” No late bids will be accepted under any circumstances.
The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam will issue a purchase order to the vendor that provides the lowest price with adequate quality of services as well as meeting the specifications described in the Annex A.
