A free and interesting event for kids
Have you ever heard about Japan’s Labor Thanksgiving Day?
Kinro Kansha no Hi (Nov 23rd) is the labor thanksgiving day in Japan. On this date, people praise and pay tribute to the values of labor, as well as to show gratitude for a good harvest and production.
On this special holiday, the Library of The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam will hold an Ehon reading activity with the theme of “Working as professional”.
In this event, children not only will be read two interesting and adorable Ehon books, but also will have the chance to participate in origami folding to make Japanese traditional dish “Sushi” like a chef of Japanese restaurant.
