(Hanoi) JF Garage Concert 24 – Ghibli Music Night with Hanoi Ensemble & Friends
The Japan Foundation Center for Cultural Exchange in Vietnam proudly presents the 24th JF Garage Concert, “Ghibli Music Night” by Hanoi Ensemble & Friends from 8pm Friday, March 15.
Hanoi Ensemble consists of young artists and teachers from Vietnam National Academy of Music. They have studied in Vietnam and several well-known conservatories abroad. Members of Hanoi Ensemble won several domestic and international prestigious music prizes. They have participated and performed regularly in many concerts, music festivals, as well as many cultural exchange programs in Vietnam and abroad.
In this 24th garage concert, Hanoi Ensemble & Friends will introduce an excellent music program from lovely Japanese anime by Studio Ghibli. Admission is free but pre-registration is required.
JF Garage Concert is a series of concerts at the garage and courtyard of the Japan Foundation Center in the hope of providing musical diversity to Hanoi through the introduction of Japanese music played by distinguished musicians.
If you finish your school/work early and have no plans before the concert time, please just drop by our center first! We offer Tò he (Vietnamese Toy Figurine) experiences including making cute animals, chit-chatting about Tò he with the Meritorious artist – artisan Đặng Văn Khang. The experience corner is open from 18:30 until the start of the concert. Priority goes to children and their families.
